Associate Professor Dr. Kevser KOÇ, a faculty member of our Department of Primary Education, Early Childhood Education Program, participated in the Early Childhood Teacher Workshops at Üsküdar Borsa Vocational Technical Anatolian High School on May 11, 2024, and May 18, 2024.
The Early Childhood Teacher Workshops, organized by the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education under the Teacher Academy, include various workshops on different topics in which teachers can voluntarily participate. Within this scope, Associate Professor Dr. Kevser KOÇ conducted workshops titled "Montessori Cosmic Education."
Teachers who participated in the workshops gained knowledge about Montessori cosmic education and demonstrated through practical applications how early childhood education can incorporate various scientific fields such as science and geography, as well as cultural concepts.
