Basic Training Department is located in Göztepe North Campus. The address of the campus is given below.

Classes are held in Cevizli Campus.

There are several accommodation facilities provided by the Credit and Dormitories Foundations (KYK) nearby the Kartal/Cevizli Campus. There are also some private halls available to students within the region. 

In addition, our university has a dormitory for girls named "Medeniyet Kız Yurdu" with a capacity of 95 people, located in Kartal Soğanlık, which is rented by the method of Purchase Service and the service is provided by the relevant company. 15% discount is applied to our students.

Lunch Scholarships

80% discount is provided for all students who get lunch. In addition, a free lunch scholarship is given to 60 students each year.

Yes, you can apply for course substitution if you think a clear relationship exists between the required courses in our department and the courses you succeded in the other institution. You must submit your course substitution request within a month from the start of the courses, providing the course substitution form signed by you, your transcript, and the document that shows the contents of the courses you completed. Course substitution procedures are carried out based on the current undergraduate course plan. Course substitution requests are not accepted for conditionally passed courses.

Students who have succeeded in all their courses and have a GPA (Grade Point Average) of 2.5 and above can take two extra courses with the approval of their advisors in addition to the normal course load they have. Those who have a GPA of 3.00 and above can take three extra courses with their advisors' approval.

Basic Training Department does not accept double major or minor students from other departments.
